Krav Maga Level 1 - Yellow Belt
The Krav Maga Exam contains 2 parts.
Part 1 is the Krav Maga Workshop. We provide a good opportunity to sharpen the techniques during this Krav Maga Level Workshop. Instructors will review the techniques, and the students are free to ask questions if they are not 100% sure how the technique should be performed. After this workshop all participants receive individual feedback of improvements, if you are ready for the level test or you need more training hours to be absolutely ready for your Krav Maga level test.
Part 2 is the Level Test. Designed to push students who are ready to their limits. Tests are intens experiences that help them prove their ability to perform under stress. Students leave the test with a deeper understanding of themselves. If you successfully succeed the Krav Maga Level Test your will receive your Krav Maga Level Certificate in your Krav Maga Class.
If you need more training, you can review the Krav Maga Exam the next time for free.
