New Ways November

Our sports school remains open! A nod towards the importance of sport for mental health in this crisis. One important change: Effective November 4, 10pm our group lessons won't be allowed anymore for the next 2 weeks. Individual sport is still allowed. We are a group class gym where attention and contact are central. Hence the new Covid-19 rules have a drastic effect on how we can train. We have taken the news with a sporting spirit and have quickly come up with alternative solutions for you to keep on training during this period. You can continue to use your November credits to:


A) Train individually for the next 2 weeks with our daily training plans and technique videos at REFLEX, or at home
B) Book a Personal Training and boost your skills

 

We appreciate you wearing your face mask before and after training and sticking to our safety guidelines. REFLEX Training is strictly following the guidelines of the RIVM and the NL Actief Protocol “Responsible Training”. 

 

New schedule as of November 5

The new measures will be effective as of November 4, 10 pm. and valid until November 19. We are currently updating our class schedule which will be online as of November 4, 10pm.


What this means:

  • We'll offer extra slots for Personal Training

  • StrikeFit bag class trainings will be replaced by "Open Gym" hours for individual StrikeFit training of 50 minutes

  • Krav Maga room hours will be replaced by "Open Gym" hours for individual Power WODs training of 45 min

  • Maximum participants per room will remain at 8

  • Daily training plans will be available in your App and on location

  • Reserve your place as usual through the App. If you cannot make your reserved time, please sign out so the space is available for someone else who wishes to train

  • Cancellation period will be 12 hours before class starts in order to get your credit back

 

Do it yourself - “Open Gym”

Stay active and mentally fit by training individually!
During "Open Gym" hours, we'll create a daily training plan for you consisting of training with bands, TRX, Kettlebells, own body weight training and on the bags. We have a series of strength and power training video exercises with our expert Mastertrainer Bram Strik and Rachel van der Weiden that we will share with you to check your technique. Our trainer team will provide you with daily StrikeFit lesson plans on location to train yourself. Access all videos in your app under Whiteboard/Community.

Give yourself a boost - with Personal Training!

Give yourself a boost and use any of your accrued credits to book a Personal Training with our top trainers Niels, Nadia, Anna, Christine or Synthia.

Our personal trainer will create a schedule together with you based on your individual goals. A varied, fun program that enables you to reach your desired results in an efficient way. The classes are educational and inspiring.

Choose a 1:1 training or 1:2 training together with your partner or roomy (person you live under one roof with).
Club membership is not required for PT.
