MASTERCLASS Filipino Martial Arts with Marcel van Dongen

This year REFLEX is hosting a Special Filipino Martial Arts Masterclass with Marcel van Dongen.

In this workshop Marcel will share us his vision of the Filipino Martial Arts and teach us the basic skills of this Martial Arts style.

Starting with understanding the principles of the weapons like stick and knife, towards the empty hand combatives, we start moving.

Every weapon has its own characterize and distance, so body movements is quite important.

You will learn and explore how to use your body the best way with the weapon as part of your body.
