REFLEX Training is responsible for processing your personal data as collected when you join one of the REFLEX Training locations listed on the www.reflex-bmc.nl website (“Website”) as well as when you use the Website. By subscribing to a REFLEX Training branch and by visiting the Website www.reflex-bmc.nl, you agree to the processing of your personal data listed here in accordance with the Data Protection Act (“Wbp”).

Personal data is data that can be traced back to a natural person. With the help of this data, REFLEX Training can identify its members directly or indirectly.
What information do we collect?
As part of the services provided by REFLEX Training, your personal data, such as your name and address details, email address, date of birth and telephone number, is collected and processed when you register. If you are connected via your employer, your data will be collected and processed by your employer. Other information related to your membership and/or visit to the Website (number of visits, preferences. payment details, etc.) is also collected and processed.
For what purposes does REFLEX Training collect this information?
Your personal data will be used to register and execute your sports membership. In addition, REFLEX Training will use this information to inform you by post, email or otherwise about REFLEX Training products, services or special promotions that may be of interest to you. REFLEX Training can also contact you for marketing purposes after your sports membership expires, unless you have indicated that you do not want to receive marketing related messages from REFLEX Training.
Transfer of your data
REFLEX Training may share your personal data with third parties to carry out a credit risk test. Based on the information obtained with this, REFLEX Training can offer you alternative payment options. If you do not make payment after invoicing, your details will be included in the debt database of these third parties.
If REFLEX Training sells a part or if (a part or branch of) REFLEX Training is purchased by or merged with another company, the personal data relating to you may form part of such a transaction and therefore be one of the acquired assets.
