For new members

Comfortable sports clothes and clean indoor sports shoes are all you need. Boxing gloves and other equipment are available at the gym. Also bring a water bottle.

Click the ‘Free trial lesson’ button in the menu, fill in your details, and easily schedule your first lesson. All you need to bring is comfortable sportswear and a water bottle.

Reflex is based in Utrecht and easy to reach by bike, public transport or car. You can find the exact address and directions on our contact page.

Kickboxing is a combat sport combining punches, kicks and footwork. It is an effective workout for fitness, strength and self-defence. At Reflex Utrecht, beginners and experienced members train together in small groups.

Nope! You can use our equipment for as long as you like. If you later want to buy your own gloves, we are happy to give you advice on the right choice.

Memberships & pricing

Yes. In addition to memberships, we also offer individual classes and punch cards. Check out the memberships page for an overview of all options.

Yes. Your first class is completely free. Come and train with us to see if Reflex is the right fit. No commitment, no membership needed.

You can cancel your membership at any time. No long-term contracts. We want you here because it works for you, not because you are tied in.

Yes! We have a suitable option for every level and goal. Beginners and advanced members are both welcome and develop together in the same environment.

Classes & training

Kickboxing focuses on striking technique, coordination and cardio. Functional fitness builds strength, mobility and athletic performance. Many members at Reflex Utrecht combine both.

Two to three times per week is most effective for the majority of members. Our coaches help you build a schedule that fits your goals and lifestyle.

We intentionally keep groups small so you get personal attention from the coach. No overcrowded halls, just space to train at your own level.

Yes! No experience needed at all. Our coaches adapt exercises to your level and guide you step by step from the very first class.

For your first classes, sports clothes are all you need. If you train regularly, we recommend hand wraps and boxing gloves. For sparring you will also need shin guards and a mouthguard. Equipment is available to borrow at the gym.
