A Practical Mobility & Muscle Release Clinic
Using simple PNF techniques and a lacrosse ball, you'll learn how to release muscle tension, improve your range of movement and help your body move more freely.
Do you regularly experience tight muscles, stiffness or tension in your body?
Release tension. Move better. Help prevent injuries.
Muscle Tension
Whether you lift weights, run, box or do functional training, mobility is an important part of moving well and training well.
And it's not just about your training.
If you spend most of your working day sitting at a desk, your body can spend hours in the same positions. Over time, this can contribute to stiffness and reduced range of movement, particularly around the hips, shoulders, neck and upper back.
You might notice it when you squat, lunge, rotate, reach overhead or simply get up after sitting for several hours.
Good mobility helps you move through a better range of motion, maintain movement quality and get more from your training and help your body move more freely.

Mobility Technique
We will be using the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) technique, but don't let the name put you off!
In simple terms, it combines controlled muscle contraction, relaxation and stretching to help improve your range of movement.
During the clinic, we'll combine simple PNF techniques using a lacrosse ball to target areas of muscle tension and restriction.
The idea isn't simply to stretch, it's about teaching your body to relax into a greater range of movement, while becoming more aware of how your muscles are responding.
Why Mobility Matters
Good mobility can help you:
- Move more freely and efficiently.
- Improve range of motion.
- Move with better technique.
- Reduce feelings of stiffness and tension.
- Support recovery after training.
- Maintain healthy movement as you age.
- Get more out of your strength, boxing and functional training.
Mobility isn't something you only work on when you have a problem.
It's part of taking care of your body so you can keep training well and living well.
