Personal training after cardiac rehabilitation

You are done with rehabilitation. Time to really move forward again.

After a cardiovascular disease, you often follow an intensive process in the hospital. But what comes next is just as important. How do you keep moving? How do you continue to build up? And how do you regain confidence in your body?

At Reflex Training Utrecht, we help you in that phase. No more just recovering, but working step by step to live a fitter and stronger life. At your pace, tailored to what your body can handle.

From recovery to getting stronger

We start with an extensive intake. We look at your medical background, how your rehabilitation went and what your goals are.

Based on that, we make a personal plan. You train under the guidance of a specialized trainer who has experience with cardiovascular problems.

We focus on:

  • Calmly and responsibly building fitness and strength
  • Get more confidence in moving
  • Developing a healthy, active routine

Keep building, even after your rehabilitation

In addition to personal guidance, you can also participate in functional training courses in small groups. This way, you can work with others on your health without losing personal attention.

That way, you can continue to work safely and confidently on your fitness. Even long after your rehabilitation has been completed.

Ready to move forward again?

Build your strength, fitness and confidence step by step.
